Highly bad experience and service of OYO management and hotel service.
1st of all OYO changed my hotel and put me through a hotel which is not at all of the standards OYO guarantees. Hotel denied my booking by saying that we are no longer coming under OYO hotels and checked my booking details and price paid. Later they accepted my booking and provided a room they wished to give.
The room was untidy, smelly and provided dirty bed linen. They didn't have the OYO toiletries kit.
Most importantly the number provided of the hotel in the website was incorrect added to my miseries to identify and reach the hotel. Thanks to my driver who helped me to reach the hotel.
My request is for a complete refund for the harrassment and irresponsible misconduct by the OYO man Also, I would encourage people in the future not to book hotels through the OYO app due to such poor facilities
